Nice to Know….Tamara Curovic
Currently 15 yrs old from Belgrade Serbia and playing 2010 Australian ITF Juniors. Current ranking = 18
Along with Aleksandra Krunic and Bojana Jovanovski comes Tamara Curovic creeping out of Serbia these days. These girls are highly competitive and ready to go! Tamara is the leading prospect out of Serbia and the one to watch at Australian Juniors.
This kid is amazingly tall, powerful and intelligent on court. A nice mixture we don’t see to often these days by the power kids….girls & boys alike. Tamara is playing both ITF and Pro tour events with the same amount of positive success. When she was 14 she was already in the top 1000 on the womens tour. Remember…I said she was 14! Tamara’s a big worker…hits the ball long, not much spin. Cool kid with a cool mom! Mom is former World Champion in chess from Russia. I did mention Tamara’s intelligence, right?
She loves her music…friends…and fashion…hmmm…
